Brief:
Attend a seminar on ethics for energy trading and 2.5 hours of Ethics CLE in Texas.  Get an update on current ethical issues with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (including under Dodd-Frank), and under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commision.  Review and discuss real life ethical scenarios for energy trading, which have been designed to highlight the most current ethical issues in energy trading today.
